However, casting doubt on the idea that psychedelic use has cognitively enhancing effects....

Theres no way anyone can be so naive to believe that she hadn't smoked pot before doing this "salvia" and wasn't doing any that night along with this the previously mentioned legal high. The real problem is why is this and even Michael Phelps 'incident' so terrible and news worthy? They are human beings who are all dealing with the same stuff as every other kid/young adult in America. It's horrible to see such a phenomenal swimmer and a celebrated one at that be thrown under the buss, the least the media could have done was not leak the story in such a negative and harsh manner. Peoples private lives should stay that way and he did not deserve to be hated on for what also could have been pleaded out "Salvia"... Gotta love the news sometimes.

She just showed the world a positive or at least neutral salvia experience, so good for her. I'd say this is a win for salvia - hard to see any moral outrage coming out of this, but you never know. Once she gets over the boyfriend thing she has a blast.

I don't think it was pot. In the video she is really tripping out on someone who looks like her boyfriend. It comes on too fast and she is stuck in a loop of hysterical disbelief like someone who is tripping.
