I'm sorry. I'm really sorry on this but what the hell man?
Before having used needles I was terrified of them. After using hard drugs for the first time in that method I was ambivalent about the process at first, both sickened and fascinated. It quickly became a little bit of a fetish too, as many people I've heard of including myself would inject straight water (or god knows what, in their case) when they were dry just to satisfy the craving for that imaginary rush. Now that I've haven't touched any of that garbage for years and my tourettes has flared so badly that it's hard to function without medication. My TS/AS combination now causes intense and near instantaneous negative over-stimulation when I see other people inject their "medication." My mind lights up like a flaming christmas tree and shuts down all rational processes. If I have anything in my stomach or bowls... hurry, there's only have about ten seconds to get to the bathroom before collapsing from muscle vertigo inducing tics and severe ataxia. In the process of evacuating both ends of my GI, I sweat in total somewhere near a pint of water from every pore on my body. I assure you this is an honest estimation of the volume and there is no hyperbole in that statement. Completely soaked.
Please don't mistake this public description of my condition and reaction to certain stimuli as a sobbing request for pity. It's anything but that. I just want to make it more widely known that for some people accidentally bumping into this it is much more than uncomfortable.
As a closing request to those who recommend and/or post material containing persons explicitly using IV drugs, please contain a warning explaining the graphic nature in a little detail. i.e. Don't simply say graphic blah blah standard buzzwords. It would make my day if you were to be so specific as to say "needles full of actual street drugs in veins." I beg you.
