Prisoners get drunk on swine flu hand gelThanks to swine flu, hand sanitizer is everywhere these days. Especially in crowded institutional settings like schools, hospitals and prisons. The thing is, you know what hand sanitizer is? It's 70% alcohol. Why, that's practically 151! Guess what happens if you give prisoners a bottle of 151 in order to wash their hands with?
