The combination of "grow" and "two-point-five ounces" is hard to not laugh at when used in this context. Where do politicians get off trying to seem compassionate without making informed decisions about plant yield? Michigan's program is such a backhanded bunch of crap it makes me sick. This is like two indoor plants vegged for two weeks or one vegged for six! I'm so sure they left a grace period of adequate time for growers to distribute all but that amount to licensed patients. More likely, cops will be busting fresh harvests, weighing the whole wet plants out to "seven pounds" or something. "Three-hundred thousand dollars" you hear in the news that evening.
