I have stopped with the help of Electronic Cigs. They can put out a lot of vapor. To those that like to smell like smoke, roll in it, and have breath that smells like a pack of Camels, with cancer certainly to follow, go ahead and BE A MAN and keep sucking down that tar. You'll just be off the planet sooner and we will have one less polluter. Perhaps you can find the new product "Bacco Bath" as well, and replace your soap with it for the total tobacco experience.

Check the smallest electronic cigarette in the world. Small (89mm) but it produces loads of vapour and tastes great! I gave up two weeks ago and just use the e-cig now, it took me a day or two to get used to it but you get a real hit of nicotine so who needs fags? I got one online at
www.myecigarette.co.uk. Patches suck by the way!

Not to rain on that particular parade, but when I smoke, joints or otherwise, it's not to get a nicotine hit - it's because I like smoking. I like inhaling the burning leaves, I like exhaling it out again, I enjoy rolling them up.

Just as, though I also enjoy cannabis by way of eating it, it couldn't replace what having a joint is all about. A joint, and a drink etc, is what makes sitting in front of a movie or TV show* worthwhile. Similarly, I could never be in a pub and not smoke - I can't sit there with a glass of liquid and that's all!
When I am online, I type or read things. I am occupied. Looking at a screen only, or sitting at a bar with a glass, does not keep me occupied. I require the addition of having the smoke, and the rolling of it too helps.
I get over half an hour of having something worthwhile to do with my hands from one joint, and I wouldn't be able to sit still watching the TV etc otherwise without it.

Smoking is fucking great. Sticky patches or electric things can't replace it. Attempts to replace it with other hobbies are just that - attempts to replace a thing that is already perfect with something you don't enjoy nearly as much. Unacceptable.

(obviously I must enjoy nicotine hits on some level, all I'm saying is that a patch or anything else with nicotine in it is NOT a replacement for a fucking cigarette! It's awful enough smoking a weaker brand or baccy for fucks sake!! - feels like sucking in air)
