The Harvard acid project

There's a very large article in the Boston Phoenix today about the history and future of psychedelic research at Harvard U., retracing the steps of Tim Leary and highlighting the current work by John Halpern. No mind-blowing revelations to be found, but the depth of this article shows that psychedelic research is indeed slipping back into the mainstream.

I read "Halperngate" and was unimpressed. It is crap, biased crap and you know it. It is obviously written by some druggie. C'mon you moron! Who do you work for? Are you interested in the research of psychedelics that may help people or stupid stuff like what was written in that thing? I read the whole article before I posted earlier. I read even the Rick Doblin piece afterwards, did you? I am sorry you feel you are a peasant and an arrogant one at that because clearly you believe anything written.Hey I am writing you have cancer: so you know you have cancer now! But I really do have cluster headache and because of Dr. Halpern, I have hope again. There is nothing behind "halperngate" except a bunch of smoke up hippie dumbfucks who wont get off their asses to do anything that really contributes to this world. I don't have time for your stupid gossip: I am interested in what is real and I was going to blow my brains out before I found out that I can treat my cluster with psychedelics. I need those studies Dr. Halpern is working on and less of people like you trying to fuck it all up. Thanks for being part of the problem.

Socrates claimed that peasants are deplorable not just because of their ignorance but because of their arrogance. Mr. Fester, why don't you do a little research on something called "Halperngate"?

Raise red flags? He is doing brave work and who the fuck are you? Nope; the stuff you allude to is from drug dealing scum and not based on any legitimate anything. That is what I've learned. Or go ahead and believe anything you find on the internet rather than anything with professional standards. Pickard was snitched on by Todd Skinner and his own stupidity. After all: Pickard was a lifelong snitch for the Government according to his interview in Rolling Stone!
Here's to doctors who do real work for the people! THANK YOU Dr. HALPERN!

The name Halpern raises red flags. This is the Harvard egghead that snitched for the DEA and sent Pickard to jail for life.
