God I love that you included "Deeper Inside" and some DJ Brisk. Makes me so so so happy!

Hey, I was doing strange things under the strobes @ the Palace,
back around '95-'99, and I just wanted to say thx for the mixes!

peace, from L.A.!

The mixes are a great touch. Keep music and humor involved in DoseNation, otherwise we'd just hear constant updates on which states are trying outlaw salvia. :p

Well I do need to clear something up: These are my mixes and not the mixes of the owners of the site. I just decided to try posting what I think was a rather relevant mix (Deeper Ties). It seemed to be well received, so I carefully have picked out a few more mixes that I felt were relevant to the exploratory nature of the site. I myself was afraid I was going a bit overboard with the mix postings, so I've decided to slow it down a bit and now they have a semi-permanent resting area off-to-the-side so to speak. I thank you guys for diggin' my mixes and for givin' me the status of 'resident DJ'. Lol...Y'all are the best.
:-D

Us almighty editors decided a while back that it would be nice to have a couple musical offerings each week, but we are lazy and have better things to do. Waldemar was gracious enough to make it happen without even asking, so he is now our de facto DJ mix guy. At first I was skeptical but the mixes sold me. Think you can do better? We got an open blog here...

Seems cool to me. James and I always wanted art & music to be part of the focus of the blog. Especially since we're all volunteers doing the writing - it's good to have someone contributing tunes.

sorry, when did this blog become a promotional vehicle for your mixes?
