Has anybody seen how many police man hours have been saved since the downgrading back in 04? I can't seem to find the stats but it's definitely impressive.

Let's hope that - as tends to be the case, privately anyway - the police agree with him and don't waste their time pursuing drugs-only 'offenses'.

Cause I really don't think we can rely on politicians in power to do the right thing at all. I wish they'd realise how much they're going to burn in hell.
