The Love (4-hour all-ambient massive mix)

Of the 40 or so mixes I've made available online, this one is BY FAR my most-requested for download. It being all ambient (and mostly beatless except for just a couple of instances of light organic downtempo), it seems to be very popular among people who are not into electronic dance music. Here is the tracklisting and download link:

I'll try this comment again since for some reason it hasn't shown up, maybe having more than one link got it flagged as spam:

Astonishingly good ambience here:

Awesome. Nice to see beatless ambient still in the mix. I miss the ole ambient rooms. I appreciate you guys sharing these!

Well back when I first made the mix, I had it split up into three 80-minute parts (the whole mix is modeled after Dante's 'Inferno' trilogy) for putting onto CDs. I've since abandoned that, but I could gladly post them here if someone sends me an email or message via myspace (the info is above the tracklisting). Just let me know. :-)

Sounds curious (I'd love to hear "The Bicycle Ride"), but don't they realize how uncomfortable this is? Is it really ONE file? I have little free space on my disk, but it's not possible to put a 4-hour-long file on one CD. Anyone got any ideas what to do?

if you like ambient, may I recommend the dark beatless mixes on my site: www.sheldondrake.com
oddly, i was just ripping tracks from old CDs tonight, and pulled in several of these tracks...
