Why does this idiot think people need his help? If one of the troubled youths he is dealing "is caught with a crack pipe in his hands", he would throw him into the prison gulag where he could keep using while he becomes a perpetual blight on society, locked away with all the sociopaths.

I guess my point is that NINETY NINE PERCENT of youth workers would not SEIZE an opportunity to give up on someone, which is pretty much how he puts it. But the UK SUN (like all of the propaganda in the UK, so much of it now-a-days) decides to sensationalize THIS MAN'S opinions to provide a quick snapshot to all the normal people of what they will assume all youth workers believe. And they will not doubt the war on drugs.
