Massive LSD bust makes college kids cry

I guess it's not just the West Coast that's run flat out of LSD. Here's an interesting item from a Dallas/Fort Worth site:

A freshman University of Houston student is in jail, accused of dealing millions of dollars worth of LSD from his dorm room....
Police sources say it was from his dorm room where he was allegedly selling hundreds of thousands of hits – that's drops of liquid L.S.D.
LSD was a drug that was prominent during the 1970s and early 80s.

You got that, folks? LSD really didn't attain prominence until the 1970s. Meanwhile, I can see finding it very difficult to complete my studies with thousands of hits - that's drops of liquid L.S.D., people - sitting around in my dorm room. Of course, it'll be even more difficult to complete studies from jail...

i wish people would understand what lsd is all about..those guys who just wanna bask in the sun and enjoy life are having to run from the government..Thats so messed up..Lsd is amazing and i think every alchemist who gets caught should be awarded a medal for fighting for what he believes in.

..Really? Wow. This is the dumbest article ever. Until the 1970s? LSD was in highest demand from the mid-late 60's. It dropped to almost completely wiped out of the U.S. during the 70's.

sad story, they just did this in colorado, the got the main gy for colorado last year on halloween. he had 10 million hits on him. i almost cried when i heard that. so now we're completely dry. sad day

I read a full article about this college student like a year ago. Iwas at work and a co-worker and I decided to do the math to find how much he charged per hit. The article provided the two necessary variables, quantity and value. We discovered, according to what police report, it was five dollars a hit. Must have been too popular on campus.
