Does anyone know if the marijuana sold in Koh Phangan and Koh Phiphi is real? I was there a few years ago when I was younger and smoked a few joints in bars, it felt real back then to the clueless me, but looking back I wonder if maybe it was synthetic. The joints are sold pre-rolled and one time I asked the bartender to just give me a bud to smoke in my pipe and he declined and said they already rolled everything. Maybe the reason why it's sold so openly is because it's synthetic weed and not the real thing?

Been smokin this shit for 1 year now... Let me let the people know something... It is very addicive & effects every indiviual person differently... I only smoke cause cant afford to fail a drug test... If u are not in a postion like mine then just smoke real weed man....

I know this is a pretty old article, went to Phangan last Oct. Loved it and mellow mountain. but a friend is there now and he was telling me that they don't sell anymore happy shakes at mellow mountain and that some bars like Amsterdam don't allow smoking weed there anymore. Have you heard of any reason why?

AA is a cult, but its a benevolent cult because it has no leaders. How could it? Its anonymous. No one in AA is an expert. There are NO RULES only suggestions. There are many Agnostic and Free Thinker non-theistic meetings. In fact EVERY meeting is different. People just get together with people they are comfortable around.

if all of it were legal, would more people use, or would the same people that already use just have less hassles, and risks in their lives? If taxed would there then be more money for treatment of people that have a problem, or would there just be more companies to take advantage of human weakness? Which came first, the user, or the drug?

I took about 3 hits and I just got so sidetracked on everything it's hard to enjoy this stuff because your constantly freaking out and I thought my tongue was foaming and it seemed my eyes were pulsing to the rhythm of my heartbeat. I guess different effects happen on different people. For some reason I still smoke this stuff every now and again. I guess it's okay for people who can't afford to fail a drug test. But nevertheless just be safe and try to keep calm.. My advice.

The first time I smoked this stuff I assumed since it was legal it wouldn't be as strong as weed, boy was i wrong I ended up getting stuck out on my back porch un able to make a decision about anything I eventually dropped everything on the ground and just got in the bed. I had a feeling like id never return to normal brain function again. I wouldn't recommended this, it is cheap but very potent. If you don't smoke to much the high can be similar to weed but who knows what the F is in this stuff. I'd say if you can take the legal risk smoke WEED!
