 Law enforcement agencies don't just kill innocent dogs in such 'raids.' Every year, more than 300 innocent Americans are killed and/or severely injured by law enforcement agents in these "mistaken" raids.

if it had happened to a non-politician, it never would have made the news. hell, people are more upset about the two dogs than they are about all the human lives that have been thrown under this juggernaut.

Make no mistake...this problem is getting worse and worse and since 911, all cops think that they are invincible. They consume city and county budgets to the point of bankruptcy (Alameda California where cops and fire eat up 81% of the budget) and soon.....very soon, another effort will come forth to disarm America so that only cops have guns. This is as close to a police state as you can get without being there. Look back at the past few weeks over the entire country. Cops shoot everything they can....if not with a gun, then with TASER guns. Little old ladies in wheelchairs....unruly men with a broken back, children in our grammar schools. It is time to say NO. These people are overpaid...don't do very much and here in Santa Rosa CA they just were awarded thousand of dollars in back pay because they did not get paid for the time it took to put on their uniform. Have we gotten to the point where we are afraid to tell them NO? They are getting more insane by the minute and in spite of what they did to this poor mayor, his wife and those beautiful family pets, those cops don't think they did anything wrong. Well, it is time to start hanging these morons.....one by one and do so each and every day until they learn that they work for the public and it is not the other way around.

cops in chesapeake va busted into a home after an informant gave them bad info. the kid shot a cop and will probably get an injection over it. what's right about that?

I have known people in law enforcement in various stages of rank and career, and I can tell you it doesn't take long for people in uniform to become jaded and apathetic about their actions while "serving", just as long as they are on the "right" side of the law. I think over the years this helps blunt you to everyday horrors and doing shitting things like locking people away in cages to protect them from other people. I think if analyzed closely this syndrome starts to look like PTSD but the trauma is not instant and intense, it is cumulative over many years. So are their walking sociopaths in uniform with badges and guns? Yes. Is it the personality type or a symptom of the job? Probably both.

Sounds like our wonderful SWAT TEAM here in Spokane, Washington who gets their kicks shooting puppies and then having a beer over them while they laugh about it. What has happened to the people that are suppose to protect us. What's next, shooting kids with pop guns that could be a threat. I am ashamed to share the same earth with these idiots that call themselves law enforcement officers. Join the dog pound so you can get your kicks euthanizing animals or better yet go work in a nursing home and torture the disabled and mentally ill ---- oh wait mentally ill is what you morons that pick on animals are.

Any psychological professional will tell you that the maming and killing of animals is the first sign of a psychoic personality. You people are shameless and should be shot while you are scared to death and running from someone. In the back with a slow death.

Of course, had anyone responded by shooting the cops dead when they actually were unreasonably endangering another, in order to prevent their proposed drugs bust, then they'd be up for murder.
