Doors vs PRO7: Hello I Love You (Remix)The Doors are a band that generally get no love from the modern psychedelic community because they are widely considered shallow pop tosh for the lowbrow hippie. However, new remix jams shed some light on how well their shallow pop jams translate to today's dance sound. Get this track while it is still available.

At primary school (towards the end - I was about 13-14 years old then) we had a little radio set so that we could play music during the breaks. I used to bring a Doors cassette to school so that we could listen to it. Once other girls bought some teen music magazine and there was an article where a disco-pop duo was showing (on photos) how to dance to their hit. So the girls started practising this dance exactly with "Hello, I Love You". Curious combination...
daft punk and basement jaxx are played out.
