Busted for passing Skittles as E

An undercover Dakota County Drug Task Force officer met Banks Dec. 22 in Apple Valley. Banks agreed to sell the undercover officer 21 ecstasy pills.

The St. Paul Police Department Crime Laboratory later identified two of the pills as ecstasy containing MDMA, a Schedule I controlled substance.

The undercover officer met Banks again on Dec. 30 in Apple Valley to purchase more ecstasy. Banks gave the officer 200 pills he claimed were ecstasy in exchange for $1,500. The 200 pills were later identified as Skittles candies.

There are ecstasy pills called Skittles. They come in the colors of Skittles with a little 's' pressed into them. They look like pills though, not Skittles. Just goes to show that the government is wasting valuable resources fighting a drug war that it doesn't even understand.

passing off fake drugs for real drugs holds the same penalty as selling real drugs.

haha thats awesome a friend of mine was asked my an undercover to sell him some Oxycontin he took the cops 500 bucks and told him to f*** off. They cant do anything about it. The only thing that screwed this guy is he did sell them some actual e

The penalties are the same, because it's the attempting to sell the substance that counts as the crime. so if you sell an undercover cop some baking soda and call it coke, you're off on a coke charge. seems unfair, but that's the way the system works.

It would be interesting to know if the penalties are the same or different. It seems strange that the sentence for selling fake E would be the same as for Skittles. But it could happen.

Taste the Rainbow! LOL! Good one. Think I told you but my first experience with an entheogen was off a piece of Starbust candy. Too bad these were duds.

So what are you in for?
