Need a connect in Kansas, spice is ok, but nothing like weed.

I haven't read the book, but the author shared his thesis with me when he finished it (upon which the book is based), and I think he did a good job. It's a really personal account in some ways, but that's good for these kinds of journeys, which are inherently personal.

Those who are fortunate enough to never have ended up under the influence of a sociopath or other highly skilled manipulator, please take a step back and give her the benefit of a doubt. Who here knows what really happened? If you have ever been in a court case you probably know that what the documents said is ususally quite far from the truth.

We are all humans, ey? While I certainly agree it's not ok to rat on someone, do you really know how YOU would react if put in a comparable situation, naive, tortured, manipulated and drugged out of your mind.

Peace.

ive learned that the majority of ppl that have never smoked weed, or at least not that much.. freak out when they try it. 99% of these "crazy and horrible" side effects are what you get from smoking weed. but the people who have smoked, get used to it, and dont think about it. the sober ppl whosmoke weed or spice andfreak out about that shit is cus they know its a drug, and it'll fuck you up. and they automatically dwell on the fact that they have tunnel vision, or rapid heartbeat (in most occasions, it gets faster cus they are making themselves bug out), or anxiety is a huge one. if you just chill out, and let yourself go, everything will be alright. you cant overdose on marijuana. and as for spice, yes there are chemicals in it (more than pot), but im sure that ifyour smart about smokinit, and just relax, even if its your first time, you'll be ableto enjoy yourself

From Post: Oxi: Brazil's deadly crack cocaine
Anecdotal accounts about people who have been conditioned to associate narcotic administration with a physically and emotionally traumatic experience (surgery) not easily conceiving of narcotic addiction aside, the fact is that certain compounds produce a higher rate of addiction among users than others.

The cocaine sulfate that in SA is "coca paste" is likely more pure as a result of passing under fewer feet than the soft powdered cocaine used in NA to produce crack and thus oxi rock would contain more cocaine freebase than crack.

From Post: Marijuana and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
The number of people with COPD is increasing worldwide, mainly due to tobacco smoking. It is estimated that between 10 and 20 in 100 of all smokers will develop COPD at some point in their lives. When a person stops smoking his or her chances of developing COPD will begin to fall. However, if you already have COPD, quitting smoking will only lead to an improvement in symptoms as COPD is an irreversible disease without a long-term cure.

From Post: Cigarettes vs. air pollution
The air pollution emitted by cigarettes is 10 times greater than diesel car exhaust. The exhaust fumes from a modern car engine, fueled with low-sulphur diesel, and in cigarette smoke. Three smoldering cigarettes produced a 10-fold increase in air particles compared to those produced by the idling vehicle. It is very bad because we smock cigarette it not only effect our health but also our environment. We should leave natural resources for our next generation. [link]

From Post: DEA moves 5-MeO-DMT to Schedule I
This is ridiculous. Basically over the years the DEA has overstepped its bounds again and again... this is yet another example. The analogue act shows their hipocracy. Morphine should have no medical value according to their scheduling system. I mean its medical heroin, for ***** sake. but because there was a patent and some rich bitch is making money off of it, its legal. How many people die of cigarettes and alcohol, i mean really for a substance that hasn't killed anybody (to my knowledge) this is utterly ridiculous. Its like MJ being schedule 1 it just doesn't make any sense. If the gov stopped telling me what to do with my mind and body i will respect their laws. but until then its my right to fight these laws and disobey them because i believe they are unjust. ****** the DEA and their silly laws.

From Post: Dutch pot smokers get higher on tobacco ban
Rasta man say smoke what be natural well marijuana be as natural as tobacco use good qauality they both be plants they both have tar so - only thing is most commercial tobacco have bad things in their production so if you have a good quality source of tobacco leaves and good quality source of sensi then everyman can do as he please do what you want. If you smoking right why be concerned about what you want to allow others to do because if you smoking right then everything gonna be alright so why worry just be happy innit! If you smoking right then every man he do as he wants and be ok in this Worlde everyone smoke with or without tobacco if it work for you who the government or anyone to say it wrong for anyone because God made the plants and God made man but every man's choice to smoke what he want or not smoke. We all going to die somehow so stop insisting a right way or a wrong way if your smoking right then everyone do what be right for you and if your smoking right you know what is good and what is bad so be good!

To say corporations should do what they want? Legalize heroine. No I want anyone who offers my children drugs, pot, and yes heroine to be subject to prison. Ron Paul is just another extremist moron who makes his rants in order to remove critical thinking!

You people make me sick. A populist politician? Fuck yourself, dude. Ron Paul is about values and principles, not about gaining political support. I have never in my life gotten the impression that a politician had my, my family's or my states' interests in mind. I do not get that impression from Ron Paul, for he is not a politician yet, but merely still a human being. That deserves immeasurable amounts of respect.

From Post: Welcome to the future of drug use
This is retarded. "no-one really knows if they are safe or not." Thats the truth, no one has taken them long enough to see long term effects. The average kid I see at TRIP's events is 14-19, your brain isnt even fully developed. As an older, more experienced drug user, you should take some advice and stop thinking youknow everything. That's the most typical characteristic of drug users, past and present- they think they know everything. Well this is the kind of thing where it's usually too late to fix it once it's broken. Is it really worth fucking up your life to get high on something that you don't fully understand or know what to expect? Not only is it not worth it, it's irresponsible.
I often wonder if this TRIP project does more harm than good, trying to make things like this more mainstream, access to clean rigs for teenagers in high schools when they would otherwise probably never even come across injected drugs unless they saught them out. Now they can get clean needles in every neighbourhood, what message does that spread - that It's normal to shoot drugs. ITS NOT NORMAL AND IT RUINS YOUR LIFE.
I am a drug user, not a preacher. I am a long term heroin addict, ketamine user, marijuana smoker. I often look back and wish I never had tried anything.

From Post: Oxi: Brazil's deadly crack cocaine
This article seems to be another mainstream media's rant on drugs.
Gasoline is pobably used for syhtesizing (it will dissolve in air) and "more addictive than ..(fill the blanks, heroin, cocaine)..has been closed-minded conservative slogan against most of the drugs for decades when waging another war against drugs. There is litle truth in drugs being addictive per se, rather there is addiction to lifestyle. Fo example my mother's been injected morphine several times when operated but she cant even conceive the idea being addicted to it.

I'll have what he's having.

From Post: Ron Paul on legalizing heroin
@teleomorph, first of all, Why do the big polluters support candidates besides Ron Paul? Because he won't fucking win. Please don't try to slam that card down like you have a winner.

Furthermore, if you do some research about pollution and the history of the EPA, the EPA was established to combat the polluters. Shit was getting bad, and something had to be done. It is most certainly NOT the case that Joe Blow and Mama Catfarm were suing the big polluters about their world getting toxic, and thereby making the world better, before the EPA showed up. Anyhow, with corporations even existing, you can't ever expect individuals in those corporations to respect future repurcussions, if there is a great chance for short-term gain. They'll make their pile of cash, and then the company will go bankrupt once the deadly poison has ruined the town. No--it's a better idea to monitor that shit before it goes wrong. Will corporations complain and bitch, and try to loosen the chains (maybe even sometimes with good reason)? Yes. Is it anti-human collusion? Well, even if it ISN'T, people could easily say that it WAS, if they really want drug legalization, for example.

Future legislation, judicial appointments, and enforcement practices wouldn't suddenly turn "people-friendly" once the system becomes individual citizens grouping together vs. corporations, like Ron Paul maybe imagines. A watchdog organization, accountable to the elected government as a whole, is a lot better than some after-the-fact lawsuits that the press might bury or not, and that the corporations might outspend or not--not to mention all of the polluting that might go unseen without regulation and oversight extended everywhere by gov't mandate. Who gets a kit and tests the soil and water everywhere in their county? Heaven Bless Ron Paul, and everyone who wants shit to be simple--they are a great dose of cold water now and then. But we're people, and we have to do better.
