In many states I know for certain that cannabis infused with edible goods is rarely analyzed and used as evidence against a potential convict. The police may not have found any whole cannabis flowers, but an ice cream truck full of frozen, creamy, chocolate covered cannabis pops would be well below the proverbial radars and rights of law enforcement officials.
