Two-year-old uses medical marijuana to beat brain tumor

One of Montana's youngest medical cannabis card holders is Cash Hyde, a 2 and a half year-old boy who battled a brain tumor and won.
Cash's dad, Michael Hyde, says the drug helped Cash with his battle.
"I believe that, you know, Cash's with us for a lot of reasons, one of them I would have to say is the power of prayer, one he's a walking miracle and the other one is he is a patient of medical cannabis, which has I think greatly benefited his battle," said Hyde.

Do you have any references for the studies that show MJ not to affect infant and adolescent nervous systems adversely? I'm unaware of any such data.

I think that this was such a good idea for the parents. Marijuana is completely natural.. that is honestly SO much healthier for a "young developing brain," rather than a dose of chemicals that we have no idea how it affects the child once it's in his body, and knowing that you can't overdose it SO much safer for a two year-old. And yes, it will cause concentration problems and short-term memory WHILE you're on it, everyone knows that, be specific and don't try to change people's opinions by twisting it around. In the end this made a boy's experience with cancer a little less painful and I think that's wonderful for him.

Surprising that a 2-year-old was allowed this sort of treatment; nonetheless it's an excellent result!
