CALL MY PARENTS CALL MY PARENTS CALL MY PARENTS

This video is entitled, simply, "Girl High On LSD Acts A Fool At Logan Airport Before Her Flight." There's something poetic seeing this happen against the backdrop of a Starbucks counter.

@TU I once took three paper tabs before trans-pacific plane flight into Narita. Unfortunately, my seat faced a bland seventies era, rectangle patterned partition in coach. The blazing, yet static pattern on that partition and the trip as a whole seemed to mock me. All I could think about was rectangles: ice cream sandwiches, name badges, trays, carts, on and on. Psychedelics almost intrinsically allow you to hone your mind on a topic and break it apart into amazingly detailed and abstract elements, spawning new topics with which to do the same in a cascading fashion. In short, I've never thought about, reviled, and feared rectangles so much in my life and I'd be a happier man in a world without them.

Should have listened to Sasha.

"MAYBE SHE IS A GODDAMN SCOPOLAMINE ZOMBIE."

This is most likely the case. It's the goddamn Datura Chai lattes that Starbucks has been test-marketing in some of the larger urban markets.

the problem is that this is pure spectacle.

i'm "resorting" to posting videos that seem interesting to me, pretty much like i always do. no, i won't be posting a news report proving this is true because there aren't any, nor do i claim in my post anything more than "this is the title of the video." this video is being widely circulated and it seems appropriate to circulate it here; debating the merits of doing so is fair game obviously. i think it's hilarious that people would leap to the conclusion that she was dosed against her will or unknowingly as though that actually happens more frequently than people freaking out on their own, that because this hasn't happen to you or your friends that it couldn't happen to anyone ever, that this video is a fake as though it's easy to convince the people at starbucks to let you stand on their counter and shout in the middle of an airport, or that people freaking out on acid don't deserve to have cameraphone video circulated to demonstrate to the rest of the acid-taking world to be more responsible with their solo drug use. anyway, you're right, maybe she's not on acid. MAYBE SHE IS A GODDAMN SCOPOLAMINE ZOMBIE. maybe she is not high at all.

or, maybe she is a girl high on LSD, acting a fool at logan airport before her flight. kids, don't let this happen to you!

So now you're resorting to posting youtube vids simply because they have the word "LSD" in the title? How about a link to the original news source that proves she was under the influence?

Slow news day much?

Ask her name, loudly announce that everyone stop starring and walk on, then ask her for the number of her parents or, if she's non-responsive, find someone who can locate their contact information based on her travel documents. Once someone is on the case, suggest that you and her go to a break room or outside. Basically, anywhere there aren't so many people and noise. Regardless if she goes or not, check for dilated pupils and assess her responses. Depending on the situation, get further help from emergency services because she may be having a psychotic break.

you people are refreshingly naive about what can happen to people when they get surprised by a drug experience.

Looks to me like a "scam." Right on the tail of all the stories of kids getting high and flipping their wigs. I guess if she was dosed without her knowledge, but shit, was she alone in the airport, no friends or family? Who takes LSD before getting on an airplane? Scare tactics.
Teoz. : 2010-04-14 10:29:55
Why LSD? How can one be sure that she has taken or been given anything, and how can one be sure it is LSD? To me, it looks like a nervous breakdown that could happen with or without drugs. Stupid video, let the poor girl be alone!!

"Call my parents" or "I want my mum" is not the first thing that would come to me under these circumstances. Looks like she got dosed against her knowledge - or not dosed at all.

Why did you post it?
