Drug kingpin fail

A short post on the Freakanomics blog about the economics of black market Adderall in Dallas. Demand for the pills goes up near exam time. So some enterprising dealers tried to buy up pills at the lower regular rates and resell them at exam time. Only to find that they had flooded the market and were forced to dump below what they had bought at.
