Man claims marijuana is for wine

Teppy tipped us to this story of an Australian man busted for having a very large amount of marijuana and a very unusual excuse.

A CHILLAGOE man busted with 26,000 cannabis seeds and 285 plants had intended to brew up a batch of marijuana wine using a recipe he found on the internet, a court has heard.

Raymond Keith Crosthwaite, 64, who pleaded guilty in Cairns Supreme Court on Wednesday to producing and possessing a dangerous drug, had wanted to turn the drug into wine to relieve his back pain because he thought it would be better than smoking it...

Defence barrister Josh Trevino said the marijuana wine, made of cannabis, yeast, sugar, honey, lemons and oranges, called for about 250g of cannabis per batch.

Okay, so now we have to have a contest. Post your favorite marijuana wine recipe or a link to an internet marijuana wine recipe. One link per post or you'll get shut down.

boiling your buds in butter or milk will actually draw out the thc and the effect is greater than just chopping & eating the buds. I strain and dry the left overleaves and throw in to my granola cereal. There is miniscule amounts of thc in left over buds. More for fider & taste enjoy!!

Well, it's not wine..., but I like it, certainly on hot days.

1. get some fresh Buds from your garden.
2. Add cold water, sugar and... some lemon-juice.
3. Use a good blender to mix it.
4. Pour into glasses
6. Add some ice cubes and... drink it.

Experimenting with other spices is allowed, adding a little bit of pepper and a very little bit of salt before blending is one of my favourites.
Anise, mint, vanilla, ginger are other spices to think about and some liquorice extract (not the candy...) also tastes nice IMO.

Add buds and lemon juice as you see fit, but be careful whit the spices/salt though, they can easily ruin your beverage.
